Craig Louer, Project Executive
Craig Louer is a Project Executive for Sitton Construction Group. In this role, Mr. Louer assists school administrators and Boards of Education in making construction related decisions that will result in facilities that promote and contribute to effective teaching, student learning, and maximum value for the construction investment made.
As Assistant Superintendent for the Edwardsville Community School District #7 (in St. Louis Metro East) from 1994 to 2008, Mr. Louer assisted in planning, design, construction management of school facilities totaling approximately $100 million.

Susan Noeth, Director of Client Solutions
Susan Noeth is director of client solutions, where she serves as an advisor for clients of the firm on the planning, design and construction of their facilities. Susan advises clients in the areas of: construction processes and procurement methods, capital project grants and incentives and energy efficiency.
