Construction Project Manager
Sitton Consulting Group has a position available for a Construction Project Manager as Owner’s Representative who is licensed and has 15+ years of experience managing multi-discipline, public projects of varying sizes up to and including $25 million. Candidate should have experience in managing: design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, scheduling, bidding, and construction administration. Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication, as well as technology, are required. LEED certification is desirable.
On-Site Construction Representative
Sitton Consulting Group has a position available for an On-Site Construction Representative with 15+ years of experience on site on construction projects of varying sizes up to and including $25 million. Experience required in the following: pay applications, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, record drawings, daily site reports, monthly progress reports, punch lists, and close-out procedures. Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication, as well as technology, are required.
