Energy Engineer
Mechanical or electrical engineer who is licensed in Illinois and/or Missouri, and has 15+ years of experience in energy efficiency including commissioning, retro-commissioning and energy audits of commercial and institutional facilities. The ability to generate baseline energy models and perform energy savings calculations is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and LEED accreditation are required.

Construction Manager
Construction Manager who is licensed and has 15+ years of experience managing multi-discipline construction projects of varying sizes up to and including $25+ million. Candidate should have experience in managing: planning, design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, scheduling, bidding, and on-site construction management. Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication, as well as technology, are required. LEED certification is desirable.

On-Site Construction Manager
On-Site Construction Manager with 15+ years of experience managing construction on site on projects of varying sizes up to and including $25+ million. Experience required in the following: scheduling, coordinating work among contractors, shop drawings, RFIs, pay requests, change orders, record drawings, daily site reports, monthly progress reports, punch lists, and close-out procedures. Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication, as well as technology, are required.
