SITTON CONSTRUCTION GROUP WELCOME LOUER AS PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Craig LouerBelleville, Ill., January 7, 2009...Sitton Construction Group today announced that former Assistant Superintendent for the Edwardsville Community School District #7, Craig Louer, has joined the construction management and management consulting firm as project executive. In this capacity, Louer will work with school administrators and education boards by assisting in construction related decision-making in an effort to help promote and contribute to effective teaching, student learning and maximum value for the construction investment.

Louer brings with him over a decade of construction management experience relative to the education sector. During his tenure as assistant to the superintendent from 1994 to 2008, he assisted in the planning, design and construction management of projects, totaling approximately $100 million, in school facilities throughout the Edwardsville district. This included the construction of a new high school, middle school and elementary school buildings, the renovation of a former high school into a middle school and additions and renovations to a series of elementary schools throughout the district. Louer has also served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and his Master’s in Business Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He lives with his family in Edwardsville, Ill.
