Timothy A. Daher, Sr., PE, Construction Manager – Sitton Construction Group
Mr. Daher is an on-site construction manager or “the Owner’s boots on the ground”. He represents only the Owner as he manages daily construction activities performed by all contractors. Mr. Daher’s experience includes over 30 years of experience managing preconstruction, bidding, construction and operations activities for such ventures as new construction, additions, renovation, and historical restoration. His projects have ranged from small renovations to projects over $50 million.
Mr. Daher is a certified general contractor in Florida. His general contractor work in Missouri and Illinois is all performed as a Construction Manager representing the Owner.
On site Mr. Daher coordinates multiple contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure a safe work environment and drive your project to successful schedule, quality and budget outcomes. In the office he communicates with your management team to work within your world and ensure that essential operations are impacted as little as possible.
Mr. Daher’s diverse experience includes educational, state and municipal, medical offices and labs, Class “A” office buildings, parking structures, historical restoration, big box and grocery anchored retail developments and mixed-use projects. His projects have taken him to several states, with his primary experience in Missouri and Illinois.
Mr. Daher possesses a natural ability to communicate with, empower, and motivate people, and excels in building and leading cohesive teams toward a common goal. He works well under pressure to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
Additional areas of expertise include:
- Developed and implemented a standardized filing system, which saved storage space and document retrieval time.
- Standardized fair and equitable architectural and construction contracts based on AIA documents, giving more authority and control to the owner.
- Developed design and construction standards for new buildings, which reduced initial costs while cutting future maintenance and retrofit expenses.
- Researched, purchased, and implemented a new cost control and reporting software package in order to communicate with existing accounting systems.
- Reorganized a maintenance department and implemented a project management program, increasing efficiency by 64% and reducing costs by 29%.
- Installed new systems to protect critical components, avoiding $1M/hour in potential downtime.
- Completed a project two months ahead of schedule, resulting in major savings.

Mr. Daher is registered as a Professional Engineer (PE), and is certified as a General Contractor (CGC) in Florida. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.
